Our Facilities Team operates and maintains all buildings and grounds for our beautiful Burlington, Vermont campuses.
Facilities Request for Service
If there is a physical problem in a building, a Facilities Request should be submitted. If a student needs assistance, they can ask their Area Coordinator or Resident Assistant for help. For faculty and staff, you may either submit a request through our online ticketing system or ask your Operations Manager to do so.

Simply fill out the online form to request service for the following issues.
Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8AM–4PM.
If you have an after-hours emergency, please call Campus Public Safety.
Students have the right to submit a complaint to the City of Burlington Housing Division regarding any housing issue that has not been resolved and clearly violates the Minimum Housing Standards in City Ordinance.
