Request for Proposals

We are now accepting proposals for Construction Management services, due Friday, December 5, 2025 at Noon.

In 2026, we plan to renovate the entire Foster Hall building including modest additions to the north and south elevations. This 6,904 sq ft (gross) building, built in 1982, currently houses four classrooms and a number of collaboration spaces with an elevator, utility spaces and bathrooms.

This renovation includes a two-story addition on the south elevation of the building, expanding the size of the existing classrooms, a one-story storefront addition on the north elevation, updated electrical and AV to allow classrooms to be computer labs, and a basic science lab on the second floor.

This renovation involves wholesale replacement of building systems. There are a number of exterior site work components of this renovation also such as replacement ADA ramps, stairs and walkways.

We anticipate the Total Contract Award to be approximately $5,000,000.
