Champlain College offers payment plan options to full-time and part-time students. Please read the terms of these plans carefully before choosing one.
Students receiving financial aid are responsible for paying the portion not covered by pending aid according to the payment plan elected.
These payment plans are available to students who are enrolled in 12 or more credits per semester.
Options are available for full-time traditional students through NelNet Campus Commerce / TMS.
Champlain College offers a monthly payment plan for full-time students to budget annual tuition, room and board, and other fees. Please visit https://champlain.afford.com/
This plan is administered by NelNet Campus Commerce / TMS. Monthly payments are scheduled by ACH or Credit Card. Paper Checks are not accepted.
If you have questions regarding budgeting and deductions for deposits, scholarships or other financial aid, please contact Champlain College Compass Student Services at 802.992.1474 —our staff is happy to assist with budget calculations.
Students receive an online billing statement each semester from the College, which will show the TMS payment plan credited to each semester. If there is a remaining balance due on the billing statement, the TMS budget may be adjusted to resolve this balance to avoid a late payment fee.
Payment plans are available to our online, graduate and summer students.
After logging in to WebAdvisor, click on "Student." Under the "Student Accounts" heading, click "Student Statement & Payment," and then "Click Here to Continue" to locate your online billing statement. To view payment plans that may be available to you, please click on the menu header "Payment Plans." If you are eligible for a payment plan, your enrollment options will appear on the following page.
