Culture of Consent Survey

One of Champlain's highest priorities is to foster an inclusive, respectful, and healthy campus community. Champlain's Culture of Consent Survey is distributed to all traditional undergraduate students to better understand the climate on campus as it relates to sexual behavior, sexual misconduct, and bystander intervention.

The survey gives us another way to hear from students about their perceptions and experiences regarding non-consensual sexual contact in our community, in addition to our existing reporting channels.

The results of the survey help to inform the College about areas where programming, education, and prevention efforts need to be focused in order to improve our campus climate. We recognize these are personal and sensitive topics, and we greatly appreciate students taking the time to complete the survey when administered.
