Faculty & Staff: Access to Claude Enterprise

Who Is Eligible for Claude Enterprise?

All full-time Champlain College and Champlain College Online faculty and staff will have access to Claude Enterprise through June 2027. Licenses for adjunct faculty will be provisioned Spring 2025 with priority given to faculty teaching this summer and fall.

How to Access Claude Enterprise

Navigate to the Claude website claude.ai . (If you’re already logged in to Claude, log out and return to claude.ai).

Enter your Champlain email address in the white box that reads: “Enter your personal or work email”. Do not click “Continue with Google” or “Continue with email”.

Upon entering your Champlain email address, a new button labeled “Continue with SSO” will appear. Select that option and log in to Champlain’s SSO portal using your standard Champlain login credentials.

If you are new to Claude you will have immediate access to Claude Enterprise.

If you already have a Claude account, access the Enterprise account in the bottom left corner by hovering over your initials and toggling to “Champlain College Enterprise Plan.”

Have an Existing Claude Account?

If you already have a personal Claude account:

You can continue to use your personal account for non-institutional purposes.
For Champlain-related work, please use the Enterprise account, which provides enhanced features and institutional support.
You can toggle between the Enterprise account and your personal account by clicking the profile icon with your initials in the bottom left corner.

If you already have a Claude Pro account paid for by Champlain:

Please cancel your individual account by following these instructions, then log-in to Champlain’s Enterprise account using the directions above.

Q: I’m struggling to log in with SSO.

A: Your chats within a project are private to you by default. If you want to share your chats, you can do so via the “Share” button. See this Help Center article for more details on sharing and unsharing chats.
