Let’s make it official!

• Pay by Credit Card

  Follow these steps to make your deposit through the Champlain Applicant Portal:

  • Log in to the Applicant Portal.
  • Don’t remember your password? No problem. You can request a new one (be sure to use the same email address you used when you applied!).

  ---

  If you do not already have a Champlain Applicant Portal account:

  • Create one here using the same email address you used when you applied.

  ---

  Once you are logged in:

  • If you have not viewed your admissions decision letter, select the envelope to open your letter. At the bottom of the screen, select reply to offer, then Accept Offer, followed by Pay by Credit Card. You may also choose Pay Later, but please keep your deposit deadline in mind.
  • If you previously selected Pay Later: Choose Pay My Deposit and follow the prompts to submit your credit card payment.

  The cardholder will receive an immediate confirmation through our secure payment provider. The student and parent/guardian will also receive a deposit confirmation email.

  That’s it! You are officially enrolled. Your enrollment deposit will be applied to your Spring 2027 tuition bill.

  Make your $500 check payable to Champlain College, and mail it to:

  Champlain College Office of Admissions
  P.O. Box 670
  Burlington, VT 05402-0670

  Once we have received your check, both you and your parent/guardian will receive a deposit confirmation email. That’s it! You are officially enrolled.

  Your enrollment deposit will be applied to your Spring 2027 tuition bill.
