Meet the Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Coordinators!
The Title IX Coordinator oversees the prompt investigation of complaints alleging sexual harassment; reviews findings as to whether sexual harassment occurred; reviews proposed remedies (including interim measures) necessary to address the sexual harassment, eliminate any hostile environment, and prevent its reoccurrence; and serves as consultant to any disciplinary hearing panel where sexual harassment has been determined to have occurred to ensure the Colleges compliance with Title IX.
The College has designated and authorized Cory Davis, Senior Director of Community Standards and Interim Title IX Coordinator, to serve as the College’s Title IX Coordinator, and to coordinate the College’s efforts to comply with Title IX. For general Title IX questions email titleix@champlain.edu.

The College also assigns Deputy Title IX Coordinators who often serve as investigators or supervise investigations for complaints involving respondents which align with their specific population (on-campus students, online students, employees, etc.).
The Title IX team completes training opportunities on an ongoing basis, in compliance with Title IX regulations.
