WOMEN & MUSIC: On March 5 at 6 p.m., Champlain’s Office of Student Diversity and Inclusion hosts Jenni Johnson & the Jazz Junketeers for an evening of music that celebrates women during Women’s History Month. Music will span the decades, touching on the history of jazz, country, R&B, and soul, and representing artists such as “Ma” Rainey, Bessie, Holiday, Cole, Patsy, Mitchell, Flack, Hill, King, Nora Jones, Aretha and ’60s female musical groups..
