Confirm Your Enrollment

Students entering in January: Confirm your enrollment!

To confirm your enrollment and reserve your place as a full-time first year or transfer student entering Champlain College in January, please submit your $750 non-refundable deposit within two weeks of the date of your financial aid award letter.

If you are unable to pay the deposit at this time, please contact our Office of Admissions to discuss your options.

You have two options for submitting your deposit:

Pay by credit card:

Follow these steps to make your deposit through the Champlain Applicant Portal:

If you have a Champlain Applicant Portal account:

  • Log in to the Applicant Portal
  • Don't remember your password? No problem. You can request a new one (be sure to use the same email address you used when you applied!).

If you do not already have a Champlain Applicant Portal account:

Once you are logged in to the Champlain Applicant Portal:

  • If you have not already viewed your Admissions decision letter on the Applicant Portal, click on the golden envelope. At the bottom of the screen, click the green "Reply to Offer" then "Accept Offer," and "Pay by Credit Card." (You can also opt to "Pay Later," but please be mindful of your specific deposit due date.)
  • If you previously viewed your Admissions decision letter on the Applicant Portal and had opted to click "Pay Later," you may now select "Pay My Deposit" and follow the screens to submit your deposit by credit card. 

The person whose credit card is used will receive an immediate confirmation of the payment received through our secure payment site vendor. Both the student and their parent will receive a deposit confirmation email. That's it! You are officially enrolled.

Your enrollment deposit will be applied to your Spring 2024 tuition bill.

Once we have received your deposit check, both the student and their parent will receive a deposit confirmation email. That's it! You are officially enrolled.
