Champlain Abroad Dublin
Almost half of Ireland's 4.5 million people are under the age of 28, giving Dublin an active, energetic, non-stop pace. The economic growth that fueled a booming communications technology sector in Ireland had a massive shift as the global economy took a radical downturn. Champlain Abroad Dublin students have an amazing opportunity to study the implementation and challenges of Irish policy and strategies as they enter a new phase of development and restructure their economy. With a new focus on business and financial services Champlain Abroad Dublin students are in a prime location for exploring the challenges of global professionals.
The experiential course structure will take you beyond the classroom walls to engage and immerse in Irish professional and cultural experiences. Your personal experiences will immerse you in Dublin's lively atmosphere, bustling cafes and pubs, many fine museums, restaurants, art galleries, its modern and medieval architecture, and its dynamic theatrical scene. The rich Irish musical heritage is widely reflected in Dublin, with many opportunities to sample both traditional and more contemporary musical styles.
Champlain Abroad Dublin is open to both Champlain and non-Champlain students from all majors.
Champlain Abroad Dublin is located at 43 Leeson Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Greetings from the Champlain Abroad Dublin Director
Dublin is a great choice for a study abroad destination. The city itself is dynamic, historic, youthful, and full of laid-back charm. From the cobblestoned lanes of Temple Bar, the wonderful seaside village of Howth, the buzz on Grafton Street, to the history of Dublin Castle and the Georgian architecture of the city centre, there is something for everyone in Dublin. And of course from Ireland it is only a quick flight to the history and culture of the rest of Europe.
There's far more to Ireland than just its largest city. The green fields, the majestic mountains, the rugged landscapes west coast, and the ancient burial tombs of the Boyne Valley will enchant you like no other place can.We have a great selection of Dublin-based faculty who take a huge amount of pride in helping the students experience all that the area has to offer, both academically and socially. Many classes are held away from our Academic Centre, in places such as galleries, historic buildings, political offices, and yes, even pubs.
Of course don't just take my word for it. Come to Champlain Abroad Dublin and find out for yourself! All of the staff at Champlain Abroad Dublin hope to see you soon.
