Campus Living Within Walking Distance to Downtown and the Waterfront

194 Saint Paul Street is a Champlain College residential living option for eligible sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Designed and constructed as an independent student apartment building, 194 Saint Paul Street offers a modern, vibrant, safe and social living experience that is steps away from Champlain's main campus, downtown and the Lake Champlain waterfront and bike path. A variety of floor plans have been designed to meet the needs of both individual and group living arrangements with studio, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments and a 4-bedroom townhouse options.  An 11.5-month housing agreement runs from June to mid-May with exceptions offered to students who study abroad.
