We are delighted you are visiting the Office of Diversity & Inclusion (ODI) website.
Champlain College's Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) aims to create a welcoming, accepting, and affirming environment for all students, while providing support to all underrepresented student populations.
Goals and Objectives:
- ODI works to create a safe, equitable, supportive and empowering community for all, regardless of identity, and our team is committed to enhancing student academic and personal achievement through graduation and beyond.
- ODI works in partnership with other college offices to support and enhance students' exploration and pursuit of academic, professional and career interests, while in college and beyond.
- ODI provides diversity, inclusion, equity and social justice focused programming and works closely with the Division of Student Life and larger campus community to further outreach, advocacy and education.
- ODI offers an inclusive and welcoming physical space and our staff can provide guidance and support, as well as referrals to college and community resources.
