About The Speaker:
Jessie Anderson is a dedicated HR professional with human resources management and organizational development expertise. She holds a Master’s in Positive Organization Development from Champlain College and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Saint Michael’s College.

As a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Burlington, Jessie has streamlined operations for 700+ employees, led a $100,000 employee wellness program, and earned the City new wellness awards. Her previous roles included HR Administrative Coordinator and Guest Services Management at McDonalds, for which she received national recognition for leadership. Known for inspiring teamwork and fostering positive change, Jessie is committed to making a meaningful impact professionally and in her community.
