Join us for yoga every Monday from 5-6 PM in the Fitness Center Studio. The aim of this class is to help you feel better in your body! Class will include vinyasa style flows (linking breath with movement), multiple variations for physical postures, gentle breathwork, and a sprinkling of yogic philosophy. All bodies and experience levels welcome! No experience necessary.
