Curious about substance use recovery? Looking for support? Recovery 101 offers an informal space for students to learn about recovery supports like AA and NA meetings, along with other campus and community resources that can help people who are seeking support with substance use.
Recovery is a personal, ongoing process of change in which people work to reduce or stop their substance use and build healthier habits, and it looks different for everyone. Join us to learn and ask questions in this judgment-free space. You do not need to be in recovery to attend, and you are not expected to share your reason for attending. We hope to see you there.
