Winter Open House is your opportunity to discover everything our beautiful campus and community have to offer. Enjoy a day full of campus tours, engaging sessions with professors and students, and an up-close look at our unique programs designed to prepare you for success after college.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Tour our (hopefully) snow-covered campus and iconic Victorian-era residence halls.
• Get a glimpse into the real projects, startups, and creative endeavors our students are actively working on, and discover the support available to help you launch yours.
• Discover our various hands-on learning opportunities where you’ll jump into your field of study from day one.
• Chat and hang out in our Interactive sessions with faculty, current students, and admissions counselors.

You’ll also learn about our innovative Upside-Down Curriculum, which places you in major-specific classes from day one. Plus, our applied General Education and 30 flexible credits give you the freedom to dive deep into your field of interest and pursue your passions. Whether you’re interested in Applied Sustainability, Game Design, Filmmaking, Social Work, or any of our career-focused programs, you’ll hear from expert faculty about the hands-on work you’ll do at Champlain.

This event qualifies you for Champlain’s $4,000 Visit Scholarship—a $1,000 per year scholarship distributed to students who visit campus through an official event or tour.
