Dining, involvement, and wellness are vital to our campus community. Since the inception of the IDX Student Dining and Fitness Center, every effort has been made to integrate student life activities, fitness & club opportunities and a communal dining experience to campus life.
With a grand view of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains to the west, the IDX dining hall is the perfect place for students and faculty to sit down together and enjoy meals. Get on a first name basis with our talented cooks, who are happy to make custom dishes upon request. Any students with allergies (including gluten-free individuals) will be directed to the head of Dining Services to design a meal plan that best suits their needs. Our goal is to offer a high standard, personal and accommodating dining experience.

Serving Pepperoni, Cheese, a gluten-free pizza, and a daily specialty pizza, this is your stop for the classic college favorite.
Start your meal off right with a fresh custom made salad. Two kinds of lettuce with over twelve toppings and six dressings allow you to make your salad unique.
Exhibition style cooking with an International flare-meals could include: Szechuan beef and broccoli stir fry, soft tacos, fettuccine fantastica, Kung Pao shrimp & scallops with rice, Cajun seafood with rice, and made-to-order brunch omelets or homemade waffles on the weekends.
If it's hamburger and fries you're craving, then this is the spot for you, serving hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries, grilled cheese, veggie burgers and daily specials.
The Euro station serves up the main course, with both meat and vegetarian/vegan options at each meal. Meals could include: Moroccan sautéed vegetables with rice, fish and chips, roast turkey dinner, teriyaki London broil, lasagna, meatball subs, pork chops, fried chicken, Biriyani rice with cashews, and much more.
A traditional build-to-order sandwich deli, as well as a daily premade specialty sandwich, with choices of meats, veggies, dressings, hummus, and more-grilled or cold, this could be the perfect meal on its own.
Last, but certainly not least, is our dessert case, an assortment of baked fresh pies, cookies, brownies, and dessert bars. Adjacent to our desserts are a full line of breakfast cereals, bagels, hard and soft ice cream, Minute Maid juices, Nestle Hot Chocolate, assorted teas, and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters coffee. Coca-Cola fountain products are served throughout the dining hall.
