Samone Norsworthy has worked in human resources, ethics and leadership for over fifteen years. She has also provided curriculum development for Pearson Higher Education. She has been teaching at the college level for over seven years both online and onsite.
Her main areas of expertise are human resources, leadership and business ethics. Samone has authored more than fifty courses in her field and serves on various advisory boards for curriculum and course development. Samone was also a guest lecturer on managing talent for The Board of Nursing and also appeared on Georgia Public Radio's Lifeline to Health on the issues surrounding managing health care talent.
In her spare time, Samone is a filmmaker. Her first film premiered at Cannes Film Festival in May 2012. Samone is married and has three children. She lives on the coast in Georgia.
