Who is Champlain College?

Since 1878, we've been providing students with the tools they need to build a better future-starting from their very first day on campus. We're a small not-for-profit institution with big opportunities: our curriculum is diferent by design. We provide career-focused education grounded in social innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and hands-on experience. Our intentional unconventional academic model gets students ready for work, ready for life, and ready to make a difference.

We do this through our signature Upside-Down Curriculum, Core curriculum, and InSight program. Together, they provide the tools and opportunities students need to build a profession doing what they love. We commit to a student experience that drives our graduates to thrive in the varied spaces where technology, creativity, and community intersect. Thanks to this approach, Champlain graduates see uncommonly early career success: Over the last six years, 91% of graduates were employed or continuing their education within six months of graduation. In 2022, Hula and Champlain announced a formal partnership.

  • Pre-vetting and recruiting interns specific for your company
  • Staff support throughout the student's internship

Students can register their internship for credit at Champlain by enrolling in a division-specific internship class. These classes allow for structure and institutional support from a faculty member.
