Custodial Services
April 2024: A Request for Proposals for campus-wide custodial services is now available.
A MANDATORY pre-proposal walk through will be held on April 10, 2024 from 9am-2pm (may end earlier) starting at CCM Mail Center, 375 Maple Street, Burlington, VT 05401. Maximum of 2 representatives per custodial firm.
Proposals will be due April 30, 2024 by 3:00pm.
We encourage all custodial companies, including Minority and Women-Owned businesses, to submit a competitive bid.

A Request for Proposals (RFP) for Construction Management Services will be issued in May 2024 and will be available to view here. We encourage all Construction Management companies, including Minority and Women-Owned businesses, to submit a competitive bid.
