Cost Summaries & Available Options

    • Tuition and financial aid remains the same as it is in Burlington with the exception of work study grants which may not be used outside of the US. Housing costs are in line with Burlington options and paid the same way Burlington housing is paid.
    • There are no meal plans so students will buy their own food. Plane tickets and visas are an additional cost but money saved in other places may cover this cost.

    • There is a $750 study abroad fee payable to Champlain.

    • Tuition and housing is less expensive than during the semester and paid directly to Champlain.
    • There is no Champlain Aid available for the summer.
    • There may be a small amount of federal aid accessible to some students.

    • There is a grant which covers the program and housing.
    • Students are responsible for their plane ticket, visa, insurance, food and personal expenses. There is a small stipend which will help pay for some of these expenses.

  • This is completely separate from Champlain. Fees vary greatly from program to program.

  • There are no additional scholarships available for these programs. However, educational savings and loans may be used.

  • This is not technically an educational program so no financial aid or educational savings can be used.
