On-Campus Living

It's Time to Plan Ahead

At Champlain, you determine the type of campus living you'd like to experience. We help you by providing a range of options!

However, choosing your living space for the next academic year can be overwhelming if you are not prepared.

In this section of the site, you'll find all you need to educate yourself on Champlain College's housing selection process and learn the steps necessary to secure your preferred room assignment for the fall.

The Housing Selection Process

Housing Selection is the process by which current Champlain College students sign up for rooms for the upcoming academic year.

Gotta Be In It to Win It

Apply for Housing on The Housing Director (THD) by the Deadline!

Students that apply for Housing by the deadline will receive a Time Block for sign-up and will be eligible to participate in the Housing Selection process.

Please visit the Housing & Tuition Deposits page for more information.

What Happens if I Miss the Deadline?

Students applying after the deadline will not be able to take part in the Housing Selection Process and will not be able to be pulled-in via proxy as part of a roommate group. Instead, students depositing after the deadline will be put on a waitlist and will be assigned to spaces that become available over the summer. Please note that there will be NO EXCEPTIONS made for applications that do not meet the deadline.
