Champlain College accepts electronic applications only, including curriculum vitas, resumes, and cover letters for job postings. When clicking the "Apply" button you will be brought to a page to create an online account. Candidates may review openings at their leisure and attach their application materials with a few quick keystrokes.

Recruitment Process:

  1. When a position is ready to be advertised at Champlain College, the Sr. Recruiter works with the hiring manager for staff and faculty positions to determine recruiting strategies.  For faculty positions, a search committee is formed to assist and review applications and make suggestions for hiring.
  2. Search committees (faculty) and hiring managers (staff) review the candidacy of each application.
  3. Once candidates have been reviewed, a member of the search committee, hiring managers, or the Sr. Recruiter, will contact semi-finalists to set up a phone interview.
  4. Finalist will be brought to campus for interviews onsite.
