At Champlain College, the Registrar's Office is about more than transcripts and registering for classes.
Our team of professionals helps to maintain the official academic records for all current and former Champlain College students. The office publishes the College Catalog, which is made up of all academic policies, procedures and programs that are necessary for students to understand in order to graduate. We also manage classroom scheduling, evaluate transfer credits, produce the final exam schedule, handle corrections to student data, verify enrollment and degrees, prepare diplomas and, of course, we coordinate registration.
Academic Specialists in the Registrar's Office work in close partnership with you and your faculty advisor to help you navigate your way to successful completion of your academic program. They are knowledgeable about the curriculum and can help guide you through processes such as understanding your program evaluation, adding a specialization or minor, registering for classes through Student Planning or planning for study abroad. If you have questions about academic policies and procedures, please contact your Academic Specialist for assistance.
