Degree Design Lab Transfer Pathway Program

Do you have an associate degree? The Degree Design Lab's Transfer Pathway Program offers you a seamless way to complete your bachelor's degree in only two years—no matter what you studied to earn your associate degree.

One of the remarkable features of this program is the advisement from the Degree Design Lab faculty, which guides you from day one to help you connect what you've learned in your associate degree program to what you want to do in the future. We appreciate the knowledge and skills you developed in your associate program, and the Transfer Pathway Program will help you continue in that field or transition into a new academic and career area of focus.

Flexible and Customizable

If you have an associate degree from an accredited institution, you can transfer into Champlain's Degree Design Lab program, and all of your previously earned 60 credits will be applied toward your Champlain College bachelor's degree. If you have earned credits beyond the 60 needed to complete your associates, there is a possibility of applying up to 15 additional credits toward your Champlain degree program.

With the credits you have earned to achieve your associate degree, you will only need an additional 60 credits—two academic years—at Champlain, to achieve your Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Professional Studies. The Degree Design Lab faculty will help you select one of the career-focused areas of study below to anchor your academic pathway.

The Degree Design Lab is a professionally focused program that leverages Champlain College's professional degree strengths. In the Transfer Pathway Program, you will combine traditional courses with opportunities for experiential and project-based learning that will mesh your prior academic experience with one of our career-focused areas of study.
