What if we focused on ourselves first when we feel the impulse to lash out, blame or avoid? What if we could learn to Calm our own nervous system and access a Clear mind? If we could teach ourselves to be our best selves when it matters most perhaps we might find a way to Connect with others regardless of who they are and what they might be saying. Maybe?
